Therapy is a safe and non-judgmental place to learn about and express your feelings, identify patterns, and shift ways of thinking and being that aren’t serving you well.
I help clients with many issues including: anxiety, managing stress and burnout, life and relationship transitions, grief and loss, building self confidence and self love, and emotional healing from difficult experiences.

Research has proven what we know innately: that the quality of our relationships greatly impacts our health and happiness.
Taking time to examine our relationships and particularly our role within them, we’re able to make valuable assessments on what’s working and what’s not. Instead of repeating unproductive and sometimes harmful patterns and roles, we shift the dynamic towards clear and honest dialogue, empathetic listening, collaboration, and connection.
